Establish a new joint master degree in biotechnology, applied to agri-science, environment and pharmacology

Training and teaching in Agricultural Biotechnology and development of research activities for training of specialized professionals. IPSP activities include the use of biotechnological tools and techniques, the detection of plant parasitic nematodes and molecular taxonomy, the identification of soil microorganisms for biological control, the use of biotechnology for management of soil nematodes and general concepts in rhizosphere and soil microbiology. IPSP will host self-funded master grant level personnel (two per year) organizing short-term programmes of training through research. IPSP personnel visited partners’ Institution participating in teaching and training workshops, assisting in developing the master program by analyzing the new curriculum proposed, based on their knowledge in the field of research and biotechnology.
