AG.P05.012 Quality of typical food chains of Northern Italy by the development of technology platforms

The module is intended to identify the effects of the major biotic, environmental, and genetic factors on the definition of the main quality characteristics of local typical food chains. These aspects will be tackled using genomic, proteomic, transcriptomic and bioinformatic approaches. The module will focus on grapevine and other fruit and vegetables species of particular relevance to the local food chain. The results produced within this module will contribute to enhance competitiveness of local food products.
